J&rsquo;ai grandi dans une famille o\u00f9 la cuisine tenait une place importante, sinon la plus importante. Ma grand-m\u00e8re cuisinait admirablement bien les civets, les volailles et autres mijot\u00e9s, elle ne l\u00e9sinait pas sur l&rsquo;ajout de mati\u00e8re grasse et de sucre dans son \u00eele flottante ou sa charlotte au chocolat et marron recouverte d&rsquo;un bien gourmand caramel aux noisettes.<br \/>\nMa m\u00e8re, quant \u00e0 elle, a adopt\u00e9 une mani\u00e8re de cuisiner plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re, privil\u00e9giant les l\u00e9gumes et n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitant pas \u00e0 essayer toutes les semaines de nouvelles recettes. J&rsquo;ai grandi en feuilletant des livres de cuisine et en r\u00eavant devant les photos des \u00ab\u00a0Desserts de r\u00eave\u00a0\u00bb des s\u0153urs Scotto.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de mon voyage en Tha\u00eflande, j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9couvert des saveurs bien diff\u00e9rentes de celles que je connaissais mais \u00e9galement une mani\u00e8re diff\u00e9rente de cuisiner, une cuisson tr\u00e8s rapide au wok, des plats aux saveurs \u00e9pic\u00e9es et sucr\u00e9es rafra\u00eechis par des aromates, des bouillons savoureux et des l\u00e9gumes \u00e0 peine saisis gardant leur caract\u00e8re croquant.
